As we look at God and the way He looks on the inside, I want us to look at a small statement in the Bible.

Ever wondered what eyes have to do with a purely 'physical' act?
What does that statement mean?
Let me ask another small set of questions.
Why is it that only people who are inadequately dressed protest when dressing is mentioned? Why is it that people will tattoo their bodies in places closest to that indecency?
And why did God forbid tattooing in the scriptures if He did not care for the outside?
