Look at Proverbs 13: 13
Solomon wrote it retrospectively, probably about the time he wrote Ecclesiastes.
Why do I suggest so?
His life demonstrated that verse as completely as if it had been addressed to him. And in Ecclesiastes we see the aspect of regret.
What does that tell us?
The way we consume and obey God;s word has a direct bearing to how our life will turn out
Will we take God;s word as seriously as He takes it? Like Psalm 138; 2?
